Lo mejor.de todo: sus ...

Lo mejor.de todo: sus recepcionistas!! Las 4 personas que nos tocaron en nuestra estadía en el hotel fueron amables y muy copados!! Ademas esta en un punto espectacular en la ciudad, a 5 cuadras de la playa que es tranquila, muy segura y super agradable, a 3 cuadras del mejor shoping con los mejores diseñadores del mundo, Hay muchos resto e. La zona. Así que recomiendo este hotel!

Lo mejor.de todo: sus recepcionistas!! Las 4 personas que nos tocaron en nuestra estadía en el hotel fueron amables y muy copados!! Super friendly and accommodating ...

Super friendly and accommodating staff, about a 12-minute walk straight down 96th Street to the beach. Easy access for Shabbat - much easier than any of the high-rise hotels - and this is one of the reasons we stayed here. There's even non-electronically produced hot water in the breakfast area. The only negatives I have is: 1) it took me like a week and 5 or 6 emails to get any reply from the reservations staff. Every time I had a question, it took another 5, 6, 7 emails and a week to get a response - although it was always a friendly one. 2) Considering the neighborhood, perhaps buy some Thomas or Lenders bagels for the breakfast to accommodate the kosher-keeping guests. Even if it's only one bag of them, and the rest can be the other brands from COSTCO. 3) Parking is very convenient, but there are clearly not enough spaces on the side of the building. Isn't there a way the staff can park on the street? 4) Make sure clothes hangars and the security safe are on the checklist. We had no hangars when we checked in - and the safe had been locked by the last guest, so we couldn't use it. Otherwise, we'll be back next year for our third stay, we hope -- The Landon is great place to be!
