This is a decent hotel. This is more of a quick sleep than a lounging and hanging out for a few days hotel. It is not the cleanest, we had some issue with the bedding, ended up using our own.

I’m leaving a 4-star review because although the place is really nice, there are a few things I can’t overlook. Here’s what I liked and what I didn’t. What I liked: Location. It’s unbeatable. Quiet, off-the-beaten-path street just a few minutes from Bal Harbor Shops and everything you need in the area. There are some nice restaurants nearby, and beach access is less than a 5-minute walk. The hotel provides children’s-size beach towels, which isn’t ideal, but it’s still something. Service. Impeccable. Big shoutout to the front desk. True professionals who take care of everything. Room size. Spacious rooms. You get peace, quiet, and everything you need. Cleanliness. Very clean overall. Fresh, crisp linens and a very comfortable king-size mattress. What I didn’t like (and why this is a 4-star review): We stayed for 7 nights, and not once was the room properly serviced. Housekeeping came in to take out the trash and change towels, but that was it. No cleaning, no bed made, no restocking of water or coffee. Not once in 7 days. I even had to go to the front desk to ask for water, soap, and other basic items. At one point, I saw one of the housekeepers outside smoking and chatting on her phone. The housekeeping staff didn’t speak any English. Not a word.

Pros: Super friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Free wine in the evenings. Fruit available 24/7. Clean all around. Cons: bathroom floods when you shower bcuz there's no curtains. Not soundproof at all.
