Was checked in by Randy who was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. Walked out to my car to help me carry my bags in and give me my car decal and showed me to my room- which was exceptionally clean and cute! Will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with lots of closet space, simple breakfast every morning and fruit in the lounge all day, 10 minute walk from restaurants and shops in Bal Harbour. Great stay overall.

Enjoyed my stay. Front Desk service was amazing. The free coffee, tea, and fresh fruits were a time saver/money saver. Room were clean and modern. Great beach, mall, and dining within walking distance for an affordable price. Will stay again!
