I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, which is conveniently situated amidst high-end shops and trendy eateries. The entire atmosphere exudes relaxation, with palm trees providing shade and a sense of tranquility. Just a short 12-minute walk away is the breathtaking Bal Harbour Beach, offering a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. For adventure seekers, Oleta River State Park, renowned for biking and boating activities, is a mere 5 miles away. And if you're arriving by plane, you'll be pleased to know that Miami International Airport is just 14 miles from this gem of a hotel. Let's talk about the highlights, shall we? First off, the rooms are warm and inviting, giving off a cozy vibe. I loved the ceiling fans and wood shutters, which added a touch of charm. Plus, they had all the modern amenities I could ask for, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a Keurig coffeemaker. It's the little things that make a difference, right? Now, let's address a couple of drawbacks. I did wish there were more dining options available on-site. There was only one upscale steakhouse, which was great, but having some variety would have been nice. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there was no fitness center. As someone who enjoys staying active, I would have appreciated having a workout facility at the hotel. Lastly, some rooms could use better soundproofing, especially outside of the doors. The liveliness of the surroundings could be a bit noisy at times. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was a memorable one. The cozy rooms, along with the complimentary perks like continental breakfast and daily happy hours, made my experience all the more enjoyable. While the limited dining options and absence of a fitness center were slight disappointments, the hotel's prime location and charming ambiance made up for it. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway or a convenient stopover in Miami.

Great room and location. There is a 18$ fee for parking and there is not a lot of it. I think they can do a better job not cleaning the lobby with the bathroom cleaning products smells terrible .. do not count on the breakfast there is just bread coffee and cereal in a small smalllll table.. the front staff is great but they had a rude cleaning crew there complaining in front of costumers and that looks terrible.. i was there for bussiness and at 8 am they turn some kind of music down there and you really can hear it up in the second floor and the vacum too.. they should look in to that. But overall the room is great!! The shower is amazing ! Very clean and there is a lot of nice restaurants close by

The position of the hotel can't be beat, great for shops, eating and the beach (Surfside). I actually enjoyed the breakfast, and staff were very helpful and friendly. As others have mentioned, you can hear everything going on through the walls with people talking at a normal voice level and above.
