Very quiet and well located hotel Walking distance from the beach, Collins Ave and Bal Harbour shops Complimentary water, coffee and fruit 24/7 Parking fee USD15 but if you arrive late you might not find whre to park and you have to pay parking in the street, or run the risk of getting a ticket Front Desk : Very polite receptionists. Rooms are small and don´t have enough space for clothes. Bathroom small and old. Needs a bit of remodelling.

Kind people, cozy place , easy to go beach

The stay at the Landon was marvelous! Decided to go to Miami last minute to celebrate my birthday. The staff were super attentive, and very friendly. The location is perhaps the best. It is close enough to downtown Miami and south beach to go and have fun, but far enough away where it's quiet and relaxing. The provided breakfast each morning was delicious. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, a king bed, hugee for myself being 5'8 😆. The recommendations by the front desk of places to check out were great! There is an amazing Palm restaurant right next door. The beach is a short walk away. All in all, no complaints, absolutely see myself returning, possibly soon too ☺️.
