Art lovers rejoice! The 42nd Annual South Miami Art Festival hit the streets of downtown Miami again this year for a two-day event filled with art, music, food, and fun. Explore the streets of charming downtown Miami and see the works of nationally-recognized artists showcasing artistic works spanning a range of genres, including everything from ceramics, oil painting, sculpture, and wood working to jewelry making, metal work, digital arts, and textiles. A group of highly qualified judges will present cash prizes, ribbons and awards to artists in over 12 categories, including an overall Best of Show award of $1,000. Sponsored by the First National Bank of South Miami, this family friendly cultural arts exhibition was named by Sunshine Artist Magazine as one of the country's top 100 fine arts shows and attracts over 50,000 atendees to downtown Miami each year.
